The Izzi Pet brand was developed to represent a new concept in the pet delivery market: an online pet shop that supports local businesses. This value proposition needed to be represented in the brand, since the app's purpose is to strengthen neighborhood pet shops in the face of the growth of large chains. We found semantic and cognitive affinity with bees for this business model. They live and work together, representing collectivity, collaboration, and unity. Furthermore, intelligence and efficiency are attributes of this animal that are part of common sense, very relevant characteristics to be associated with a delivery brand.
