The Carbon Zero Municipality Program is an initiative of CNR, CNM, and the Climate Institute. The Program seeks to involve municipalities in the implementation of climate policies aligned with international objectives and goals.
The sheer size of our country makes any transformation seem like a huge challenge. A sustainable Brazil – where do we even begin? The branding we created embraces the idea of collaboration, of adding up, that one plus one is the beginning of sustainability. Brazil has 5,570 municipalities. That's 5,570 opportunities to make a difference in Brazilian climate change. And that's the concept we visually represented in the brand. A map of Brazil that, to make a difference in the implementation of climate policies, needs all its parts.
